Warm Weather Packaging (WWP) Guidelines. APO/DPO Melting  & Return To Sender Disclaimer~ Please Read Before Ordering!

  1. If you “opt out” of Warm Weather Packaging, and your order melts, WWC is not responsible for the cost or replacement of the product.
  2. Be present at time of delivery (or ship to work address)
  3. If you purchased WWP and your order does melt, you must report it within 12 hours of the posted delivery time (to which we have access).We will reach out to you via Email regarding next steps in the resolution of your issue with melting.
  4. APO/DPO WWP is not guaranteed! ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK! 
  5. RETURN TO SENDER~ If an order is returned to WWC from FedEx or USPS for issues around the inability to deliver, we do not guarantee that WWP will protect your order against any type of heat damage, as it has incurred additional transit time to our facility. We will not refund or credit your purchase. We will resend that original returned order with an additional shipping fee.
  6. If you will be traveling at the time of delivery, please advise WWC and we will work with you accordingly.
  7. Order when someone will be present to receive the delivery. We cannot be responsible for orders left in a hot mailbox for extended periods.
  8. If you are sending a gift to a hot area, please advise the recipient: We insulate and fully stand behind what we ship to arrive in good order, but not for sitting in a hot mailbox after it delivers. Much better to surprise them with great product than an unintended issue!
