Summer is quickly approaching, but the ‘unofficial start to summer’ passed by on Memorial day weekend! We have some great new features in store this month coming from Omnom chocolate who is the first bean-to-bar maker from Iceland. Based in Reykjavík, they highlight both local inclusion ingredients as well as pure single origin chocolates – this month we included two of their best-selling inclusion bars to give you a true taste of Iceland.
