Make a 2 inch diameter roll, and leave aside for a few hours in the refrigerator.
Cut 1.4 inch slices from the hardened roll, lay them on a parchment-lined baking tray, and flatten them down.
Bake in the oven at 350℉ for approximately 10 minutes.
