Guittard Dairy Free Chocolate Pudding

Tailor this to your chocolate preference. One package of GUITTARD dairy free extra dark chocolate chips creates a creamy cooked pudding the old fashioned way but is completely dairy free.

Instructions

  • In a medium saucepan whisk cornstarch with about ½ cup of dairy free milk until free of lumps
  • Pour in the remaining milk and continue whisking over medium heat for about 5 minutes until visibly thickened.
  • Remove from heat and add 1 Package Guittard 63% Extra Dark Chocolate Baking Chips, whisking until melted and mixture is smooth.
  • Stir in vanilla and pour into a large bowl or ramekins or small cups for individual servings.

Cover with plastic if you prefer your pudding without a skin on top.
