Crunchy Zephyr Caramel Bar

  • Roast and caramalize pecan pieces, peanuts, and almonds with the cooked sugar.
  • After the mix cools, mix in the lightly crushed popcorn (and salt).
  • Add the Cacao Barry Zéphyr™ Caramel 35% Caramelized White Couverture Chocolate Discs and mix.
  • Place the crunchy chocolate mix on a thin Zephyr Caramel bar, and decorate with fine dark chocolate lines.
