This chocolate flavored coating do not need to be tempered. Use as coatings for basic brownies, or fancy pastries and for glazing cakes. Cookies may be half-dipped in melted coating or the coatings can be used as an ingredient for all kinds of chocolate flavored fillings and creams. Coating can be softened with the addition of vegetable oil for a melt away texture and smooth set.
