This chocolate is named after the Bay of Miracles (Los Milagros) - which lies at the edge of the Peruvian Amazon and is home to a 2,000-member Fair Trade cacao cooperative. In this magical place, the Monzon and the Huallaga rivers unite to bring water from the forest to nourish cacao, papaya, orchids, banana and native medicinal plants such as Uņa de Gato. |
