When placing an order with Worldwide Chocolate, you are agreeing with the following terms and conditions. Shipping Information Please include as much address information as possible when shipping products especially to commercial addresses. Suite, floor, and room numbers are especially helpful in getting your product to where it needs to go. *Note: If all address information is not provided and UPS charges us an Address Correction Fee ($5.00- 10.00) we reserve the right to charge this amount to you. Timely Delivery World Wide Chocolate makes every attempt to send out your order the same day or next day, however during certain times of the year, this may not be possible due to a high volume of orders. We will do our best, but do not guarantee delivery on an exact day. Please make sure if you are looking at a particular delivery date that it is included in the comment section or better yet order early to have package arrive ahead of time. (Consult shipping chart below.) Ensuring that your package arrives to you safely, we will ship on the next best business day. Orders placed at the end of the week may be shipped on the following Monday due to warm weather conditions. WWC Shipping Days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, excluding major holidays. Saturday Delivery If you live in a Metropolitan area for an additional charge of $10.00 with Express Delivery we can take care of your order for Saturdays. (Saturday Delivery is only used by WWC when the customer requests it in the comment section and it is available in the destination location.) International Shipping At this time we do not ship to any international addresses including Canada. Shipping to APO/FPO (Military and Diplomatic) Addresses We ship to APO/FPO addresses through the United States Postal System at the rates charged for ground UPS shipping. Shipping Cost Shipping Costs are based on an average of the shipping costs over a particular geographic region and weight of package. Shipping Options (from day of shipment) The following price chart are packages shipped by UPS, any P.O. Box numbers will be shipped by USPS. *Please note that these shipping rates are per address. Alaska & Hawaii Shipping Costs (per recipient delivery): Note. 2nd Day air Only Warm Weather Shipping When your package’s destination is over 70 degrees Fahrenheit, we advise that you select our Warm Weather Packaging ($6.99) with Next Day or Second Day Air. Warm weather packaging consists of an insulated container and reusable frozen gel-packs. This special packaging will keep your product cool for up 48 hours. In extreme hot weather conditions, we reserve the summer months (May, June, July, August and September - or whenever temperatures exceed 70 degrees) to ship all of our packages with this proven warm weather package and or suspend shipping until it is cooler and safer to ship the product. During the warmer months of May, June, July, August and September we will only ship products Express or 2nd Day Delivery with Warm Weather Packaging ($6.99) for anyone who is greater than 2 Day Ground Shipping. Please consult UPS shipping charts to determine your shipping time and costs. This is to ensure your merchandise arrives in its freshest state with certainty. If customer does not select those options Worldwide Chocolate reserves the right to charge the customer accordingly for those shipping and packaging options during the summer months expressed above. When considering warm weather packaging we ship from our warehouse in Strafford, NH, (zip code 03815) the following states have ground delivery of one day (from day of shipment): New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island. The following states have a ground delivery of two business days (from day of shipment): New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and West Virginia. Packages going to any other state should consult the UPS Delivery Chart (UPS.com) for expected delivery time and then consider using the 2nd Day/ Next Day Air Delivery to ensure your merchandise arrives in good condition. If you or your gift recipient is not present at the time of delivery and the damage occurs (including melting) as the result of a delay in claiming the package, World Wide Chocolate will not take responsibility. If you choose to ship without warm weather packaging (which may include 2nd Day Air) during anytime the temperatures exceed 70 degrees, we will not be accountable for any damaged/melted products any time of the year. It is advisable to check your local weather forecast to determine if you should add the Warm Weather Packaging option. Click here to go to weather.com to check your local forecast. Track Your Order After we ship your order, UPS will send a confirmation e-mail with a UPS tracking number (P. O. Boxes are shipped via US Mail and cannot be tracked).
