Question: I process an "Add to Cart" and I see the product in my shopping basket. However, when I add another product into the cart the first item is missing. Is there a problem with your website?
Answer: No, it is related to your personal settings on your computer. The Yahoo Store Management system utilizes “cookies” to keep track of your order before checking out. (“Cookies” are small data files written to your computer). If your Internet settings block such activity, then the Yahoo Store Manager cannot keep track of your order.
To allow Yahoo Store Manager to work properly you will need to modify your settings as follows…:
1. Open up an Internet Explorer session. 2. Click on the “Tools” option. 3. Then click on the “Internet Options” selection. 4. Choose the “Privacy” tab. 5. Move the “slider bar” until it reads “Medium High” (or lower). 6. Apply your changes, and close your Internet Explorer session. 7. Open a new session and go to www.worldwidechocolate.com to start shopping.
